FRIDAY, MARCH 27 @8PM
BEING GAVIN (online screening)
Directors: Owen Elliott & Mark Kilmurry
(Australia, comedy, 95 minutes)
As we adapt to the new normal, YoFiFest still thinks it’s important that people come together share the arts and independent film, even if, for now, it needs to be virtually!
That's why we're launching a new online screening series called Friday Flicks, where every Friday we'll curate an evening of independent film and conversation. We'll start with a short film, followed by the featured film, and finish with a talk back where you can talk to the filmmakers or industry professionals.
The first film in our new series is the popular “Being Gavin”, which premiered at YoFiFest 2019 and is co-directed by Westchester resident Owen Elliott. It will have a short film made by a local filmmaker before it and be followed by a live, interactive Q&A, via Zoom where you can talk to both of the film's directors.
We encourage you to order in from your favorite restaurant, get comfortable and enjoy the show!, You’ll be supporting a local artist, a local non-profit AND a local business all in one night!

Only one ticket needed per watching party!

SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENING:
