FRIDAY, MAY 15 @9pm
MYTH (online screening + Q&A)
Director: Brian DiLorenzo
(USA, drama, 89 minutes)

Lonely college student Alex encounters hhis favorite filmmaker, JP Smith, stalking around his sleepy town in upstate New York. Together they form a precarious relationship, with Alex becoming the star of JP's latest flick: a lo-fi, verite depiction of Alex's life, where the line between reality and fiction slowly becomes obliterated. FYI, Nicholas Tucci, who plays JP Smith, was nominated for the Winter FIlm Award's Award of Excellence for Best Actor this year for his fantastic performance in the film!

After the movie, join us for a fun and informative conversation with filmmaker Brian DiLorenzo about the film, indie filmmaking, and whatever other questions you may have.
As we adapt to the new normal, YoFiFest still thinks it’s important that people share the arts and independent film, even if, for now, it needs to be done remotely! We’ll send you the link to the film and you can watch it at your leisure, then we’ll meet up Friday on Zoom at 9pm EST for the filmmaker talkback.

We encourage you to order in from your favorite restaurant, get comfortable and enjoy the show!, You’ll be supporting a local artist, a local non-profit AND a local business all in one night!

Only one ticket needed per watching party!
